What’s Included Inside the Community

When you join, you’ll receive:

Weekly Peer Support Groups - Gentle, trauma-informed group gatherings where you can connect, share, and feel seen — all at your own pace.
(One morning group each week, and an optional evening group every other week.)

Somatic Practice Sessions - A new recorded somatic practice released each month to help regulate your nervous system and support your healing journey.
Practice anytime, at your own pace, from the comfort of home.

Monthly Community Conversations - Community conversations with experts in the medical trauma space talking about topics like, “Healing While Still In Treatment” and “The Quiet Wounds of Medical Trauma”. These are engaged conversations with the guest speaker where you can ask questions you have on the topic.

Private Online Community Space - Stay connected between groups through our members-only community page — a safe place to share wins, ask questions, and receive encouragement from others who truly understand.
