Assumption of Risk & Participation Agreement

By registering for this retreat, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

• I understand that this retreat includes experiential and somatic-based practices, reflective activities, and group discussions.

• I understand that participation is voluntary and that I am responsible for choosing how and when I participate.

• I agree to engage within my own physical, emotional, and psychological limits and to care for myself accordingly.

• I understand that this retreat is not therapy, medical treatment, or mental health care.

• I assume full responsibility for my participation and release Medical Trauma Support and its facilitators from liability for injury, loss, or damages arising from my participation, except where prohibited by law.

I affirm that I am responsible for my own wellbeing and participation choices throughout the retreat.
