Cancellation & Transfer Policy

We recognize that work, life, and health circumstances can shift. Our cancellation policy is designed with both clarity and care:

• The Program & Facilitation Fee is non-refundable.

• Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to the retreat may receive a partial refund of any additional payments beyond the Program & Facilitation Fee.

• Cancellations made within 60 days of the retreat are not refundable due to retreat commitments and planning costs.

• If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another clinician/healer up to 30 days prior to the retreat, with approval.

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, all Program & Facilitation Fees will be fully refunded. Lodging refunds will follow Miraval’s policies.

We recommend travel insurance for additional peace of mind.
