Medical Trauma Support – Retreat Programs

These Terms & Conditions apply to all retreat programs offered by Medical Trauma Support. By registering for a retreat, you agree to the following terms.

Retreat Participation

Participation in Medical Trauma Support retreats is voluntary. Retreats may include educational content, experiential learning, reflective practices, and somatic-based activities. Participation is always optional, and attendees are encouraged to engage at a level that feels safe and appropriate for them.

Medical Trauma Support retreats are not a substitute for medical care, mental health treatment, or psychotherapy.

Program & Facilitation Fee

The Program & Facilitation Fee secures your place in the retreat and supports planning, facilitation, education, and group holding. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable, except as explicitly stated in the Cancellation & Transfer Policy.

Lodging & Meals

Lodging and meals are provided by the retreat venue and paid directly to the venue. Medical Trauma Support is not responsible for venue policies, accommodations, or refunds related to lodging, meals, or travel.

Cancellation & Transfer Policy

By registering, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the retreat’s Cancellation & Transfer Policy, which outlines refund timelines, transfer options, and responsibilities. This policy is available on the retreat page and linked at registration.

Changes to Program

Medical Trauma Support reserves the right to make reasonable changes to retreat programming, schedule, or facilitators as needed to support participant wellbeing or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

Medical Trauma Support, its facilitators, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense incurred during or as a result of participation in a retreat, except where prohibited by law.

Participants are responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing during the retreat.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
